SNIPES Storefront Experience

In the past, physical space was primarily used for the display and sale of products. Nowadays, it has become a tool for creating stories. In other words: a place where people can create experiences by combining multiple senses.

For the NIKE AF1 Source Code Pack launch, we realized an interactive storefront experience for SNIPES in cooperation with the agency JXZ. At six locations across Europe, SNIPES customers face the challenging POS game with the prospect of winning one of the limited Source Code Packs.

We captured the user's movement live to offer the user an immersive experience in the Nike Source Code world. This allowed the user to fly with a digital character through a source code world and regain altitude by skillfully collecting shoes. The game mechanics rely on a lot of movement and skill, reflecting the Snipes brand's sporty character.

The experience was designed to calibrate itself simply by plugging into the power and internet, turning all components on and off at closing times.

The game world is mapped to the floor to give the user feedback during playtime. This not only makes the experience more immersive but also attracts the necessary attention in the pedestrian zones.
